The Diploma of Mediaeval Studies entitled Diplôme européen d’étude des sources latines écrites du moyen âge, organised in the framework of the ERASMUS programme, was created at Louvain-la-Neuve in 1991. More than twenty European universities are involved, coordinated by a member of University of Cassino and Southern Lazio (Italy) in cooperation with the Libera Università Maria Ss.
